By simply changing the die, this zipper profile extrusion machine can produce various types of zipper profiles (including 4-track designs). It is compatible with LDPE and PP materials.
The process begins with material mixing and pelletizing before extrusion and forming. Temperature stability is consistently maintained across all stages. During forming, chilled water at a constant temperature is used, followed by a drying process to remove moisture.
The machine performs an integrated, high-speed, and stable production process—covering extrusion, die shaping, a constant-temperature chilled water system, high-pressure vacuum air drying, zipper closure/locking, and packaging—to deliver high-quality zipper profiles.
